For Standard delivery (including free postage deliveries), our process is to prepare your order and despatch on the same or next working day (Monday to Friday), which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 days from the date it was dispatched. Occasionally, this lead-time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is a large package this will be sent via Royal Mail tracked and a signature will be required on delivery.
Small orders dispatched on a Royal Mail Service are not tracked.
For Express Next-Day deliveries £9.95 (UK only), orders must be received before 2.30pm, we will process and dispatch your order on a priority basis to ensure it reaches you within 24 hours. Please make sure you are at the delivery address within these 24 hours so that this can be delivered to you as this will require a signature. Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday, meaning an express order placed on a Friday before 2.30pm will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday. Our Express service is handled by Royal Mail; we aim for you to receive your order within 1 working day.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us using the web-form in the 'Contact Us' section.
We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
Provincial regalia, bespoke made-to-order items & custom made orders are not stock items that can be shipped immediately, delivery times will vary and you will be updated regarding your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail airmail for all international deliveries. However, unfortunately we are unable to ship to Ukraine and Russia at this time. For further advice on the countries we deliver to please contact us using the web-form in the 'Contact Us' section.
Delivery times will vary depending on country, typically Europe will be 5-7 days from postage, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, 10-14, other countries can take 14-21 days. A signature will be required on receipt or high value orders.
We pass on to our customers only the exact courier cost to us, which is calculated based upon product weight only (outer packaging weight is not included).
Larger packages and high value orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and a tracking number will be provided.
When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Our third party carriers may be unable to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail center and held until such time that delivery may be resumed.
